Profiles in Health and Wellness

Please enjoy this RNN’s Profiles in Health and Wellness featured guest Bob Baxter who is the founder & creator of Helios Health Products; therapeutic, topical solutions for pain, itch and skin conditions. Bob explains how Helios Health Products came about. He has been into alternative health practices for many years and it was during a trip to the island of Grenada that he stumbled upon a topical pain reliever that was based on nutmeg essential oil.

He used it on his own back ailment and “it saved my vacation” his pain was gone within minutes. It was then that Bob decided to create an all natural topical pain reliever. He was able to consult with some of his friends who were herbalists and worked with essential oils to concoct Helios. It is a combination of numerous essential oils, herbs, and the base is fractionated coconut oil and organic sunflower oil. “It absorbs into the skin really well and gets into the connective tissue. It quiets the nerves and relaxes the muscles.” Bob has also created a cream for dry skin and massage oils.
