The RNN’s crew was on hand covering the entire 2017 Rhode Island Energy, Environmental and Oceans Leaders Day 2017 that happened recently on Friday, October 20th in Providence. This annual event is in its eighth year and has been graciously produced by the office of United States Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island. This year’s event saw an array of great speakers, from actor Sam Waterston (Law & Order), Todd Stern former United States Special Envoy for Climate Change, to John Kerry, former United States Secretary of States just to name a few.
